Casement windows

Casement bays and windows are designed and manufactured to original specifications or to new designs, for all property types. They are made to order to match existing windows or to give a new build a traditional feel. The page described craftsmen using equipment and hardware for security, insulation and durability.

Stormproof casement

Stormproof casements have an outwards rebate: the casement overlaps the front face of the frame, which the page said gives added weather protection and insulation while keeping a traditional look. Where a property is highly exposed, the page recommended Accoya timber to reduce how often a hardwood frame needs maintenance.
